Welcome.  I am Cindy Aronson, owner and principal trainer / facilitator of Cindy Aronson Training and The Comedy-Code™.

I am passionate about igniting the power of people and have dedicated my 30-year career to fueling the development, growth, &  well-being of workplace professionals. I've made it my personal mission to help others love their profession as much as I love mine by helping them strengthen their whole work+life experience.

I have the honor and privilege of being a partner in talent development with a variety of outstanding colleges/universities, businesses and organizations, and thousands of talented professionals.  I've held membership in the National Speakers Association, the Association for Talent Development and serve on the boards of the National Comedy Center and Northwest Arena. 

As a founding member of the National Comedy Center Board of Directors, I've had the incredible opportunity to take a 12-year deep-dive into comedy of all kinds.  I've been inspired and moved by behind-the-scenes stories of leadership, teamwork, and a relentless commitment to excellence that led to the legendary comedy we all know and love.  I've discovered that comedy's greatest artists live by a code that professionals in every field can apply and benefit from.  I've coined it The Comedy-Code. 

The Comedy-Code professional development experiences share this code of proven processes and mindsets through an interactive learning approach that engages discovery, discussion, activities, and more, to develop and delight professionals.  Each experience is powerful, impactful, and memorable.
