Skill-builder: Discovering your strengths

Our Strengths experience engages CliftonStrengths34, Gallup's strengths assessment.  Prior to the Strengths experience, we will work with you and your team to ensure participants have taken the online assessment and received and reviewed their personalized reports.  Through the experience, we will help participants understand their results and reports and how to use them to build and engage their strengths to deliver performance excellence.
