We facilitate a professional development day that fuels energy and excellence in workplace teams through laughter, learning and a shared love of comedy. 

Our one-of-a-kind experience offers the opportunity to learn from comedy artists who excelled individually and collaboratively to produce outstanding performance. Our opening activities immediately engage professionals and ignite interaction and enthusiasm for learning.  We then cast guests into small-group ensembles to embark on a Comedy Quest. (Ensembles can be random or pre-designed.). Together, they'll work to unlock The Comedy-Code while discovering the attitudes, capabilities, & behaviors that produce outstanding performance in comedy and in their profession too.  

Team members build relationships throughout the day as they:
 

• Experience inspiration and education from legendary comedy
• Learn from the collective wisdom in the room with a facilitated activity that shares participants’ insights, ideas, & personal commitments for delivering outstanding performance as a cast, ensemble and team in their organization.  
• Build relationships and network by performing comedy bits
• Gather and converse during lunch
• Take part in a team photo (props included!) to capture the memory of an outstanding development day.
